For each friend who books and travels with Beartowne, you’ll receive rewards that grow with every referral:
$25 for your first referral who travels
$50 for your second referral who travels
$75 for your third referral who travels
$100 for each additional referral who travels
The more friends you refer, the more you earn — there’s no limit!
Your friend also receives $50 off of their first trip with us!
- Your friend or family member must book and complete a qualifying trip for which they have named you as the referring party.
- You must be named as the referring party at the time of booking.
- You may bank your credits and may use multiple toward a single trip, but not to exceed the base price of your booking.
- A qualifying cruise must be a full-price fare, on a 3-day or longer itinerary.
- A qualifying Disney Vacation Package must include a hotel stay and ticket package.
- Your vacation package must include flights, hotel stay, and/or rental car OR must be an all inclusive package.
The credit will be issued once the first trip is paid in full and completed.
You do not have to have a current booking in order to start collecting your referral credits
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
If a qualifying booking is canceled, modified, or refunded, the corresponding credit may be forfeited.
Beartowne Travel Advisors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
Beartowne Travel Advisors reserves the right to revoke or adjust rewards if a booking does not meet qualifying criteria.
Beartowne Travel Advisors is not responsible for technical errors, delays, or other issues beyond its control that may affect Program participation or reward issuance.
